{ Santa Babies and 2008 Reprint Special!! }

First off, Happy New Year! Hard to believe it was already 9 years ago when we were all taking Y2K, 'member that?  So anyway, I wanted to share some sweet Santa babies with you- my wonderful neighbor (whose twins were born at 30 weeks) came over for a few holiday shots of her miracles. Aren't they just adorable?

 

 

 

Secondly- I am announcing a 2008 session reprint special running until January 31st ONLY! (must be on previously ordered from sessions that are complete) I am going to be archiving all 2008 files this month so I am offering 10% off gift prints from completed 2008 sessions. { The best gift. }

The best gift came early for this new mom and dad-Miss Peyton entered the world just 10 days shy of Christmas- and just in time to get some newborn portraits done before the holidays. How I loved the fact Mom called me from the hospital to schedule these- awesome!!! :)  So we were able to get this sweet girl in at just 6 days new. She was so alert and wise for someone so young. I am so proud to introduce her to family far away that hasn't been able to see her in person yet. She is beautiful, you two- congratulations! A few faves...

 

{ Year end. }

I just finished up my last session of 2008 (I think- there could always be another newborn call!), and I was thrilled to end it with a darling 6 day old baby girl. I promise to share some of her hopefully yet this weekend. I just wanted to remind you all that I am now on break until January 5th. (newborn sessions (2 wks or younger) are exceptions to this) Thank you for another amazing year. I met so many wonderful new people, and I am blessed to have so many awesome return clients as well. I look forward to all 2009 will bring!

Speaking of.... I am on the lookout for the FIRST newborn of 2009!! Do you know someone who is due in January? The first mom or dad who calls to book a newborn session (2 weeks old or less and LESS is better!! and born in 2009) will get a FREE session and FREE 8x10.  Spread the word to all your expectant friends!!!!

{ Here.... at last. }

This was a special session for me. I have known Dad my whole life, and the journey to parenthood for this awesome couple wasn't an easy one. It brought tears to my eyes to photograph their sweet baby, Payne, just 12 days old. Here... at last. Congratulations you two- you are already amazing parents. Payne is so lucky to have you both! I am so happy for you guys!

 

 

{ New. }

Newborns!! If you follow my blog, you then know how much I LOVE them!! I could photograph newborns every day. Xander was just 9 days old when he came in to see me with his parents. He was so sweet- I just love to watch a newborn sleep and catch that sweet baby smile. And that wrinkly skin. Ah, isn't he beautiful? A few faves...

 

 

 

{ Sweet baby boy. }

I met Connor for the first time last week, and he was simply adorable! His contagious smile and big blue eyes were so fun to capture for mom and dad at his 6 month milestone. Here are just a few sneak peaks of a few favorites. Isn't he a doll?

 

 

{ Dates to know. }

Just an FYI, I will be taking vacation from December 20th- January 2nd to enjoy the holidays with my family. The only exception to this will be newborn sessions as the earlier done the better on these, and I know I am expecting at least one more new baby this month yet. :)

So please plan accordingly if you plan on ordering yet this month and want them before I go on break. Also if you are planning a January session, email me now about dates. Thanks so much! I'm so excited for 2009!! Lots of things planned!!

{ Past due. }

Baby Ezra arrived past his due date, and this blog post is past due! Darling one month Ezra is my sweet neighbors first baby, and he is so adorable! I'm glad they came in to document his arrival into their family. Congratulations!!
