A day early, but I'll be out of the studio the next 4 days so I wanted to wish you all a happy 4th of July today! Have a safe and fun day, and it looks like our MN weather will cooperate for once. My family will be heading up to my parent's lake home to enjoy some fun in the sun. Hope you have a great day with your family as well! Regular business will resume Monday morning at 9 and all emails and calls will be returned then.
Yes, my own this time. And better late than never, right? My girls are 10 months old today- cannot believe that- and these were some of their 9 month portraits. They fill my life with such joy and happiness. They are beautiful and sweet and sleeping through the night, knock on wood, so life is good! We feel very blessed. (yes, I'm their mom that is why there is so many, and it wouldn't be a photo session with them without Hailey making Addison cry so I had to include that too)
Meet Carlie- an adorable 3 month old baby I had the pleasure of photographing this week. She was SO expressive for her age, and she had such a sweet personality. I really enjoyed meeting her and her mom. Here are a few session favorites.
Meet Cole- a precious 10 day old baby I had the pleasure of photographing on his original due date! I have said it before, but I'll say it again- there is nothing like photographing a new baby- this new, I just love it. They are never this new ever again. Thank you Kerri and Aaron for making the drive down to see me so soon after his birth- you are going to be SO happy you did!!! Welcome to the world, Cole!
That word totally described this one month old baby- London was absolutely adorable! With her big blue eyes and head full of gorgeous hair- she was a very sweet subject to photograph. I just love getting shots of a new baby with mom and dad where that absolute love shines through in the portrait. Just wanted to share a few so mom and dad can have a sneak peak before their gallery goes up.
More twins!! But this time, they haven't arrived yet. This sweet couple came in last week to document this amazing journey as they expect twin boys this August. Jan looks so amazing! I had such a fun time with these two. Jan, I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly, and I can't wait to get my hands on your precious boys to photograph them!
And no, not mine either! These adorable 4 month old brothers and big sister came in for portraits last week, and I had a blast working with them. It brought back fond memories as my girls are already 9+ months old. Sister Vanessa was so helpful and sweet to her brothers- isn't she beautiful? It was so wonderful to meet you all!
Just a quick post to thank all you dads out there for doing the amazing job you do! I know my children are blessed with one of the most amazing fathers ever, and I, myself, have a wonderful dad who helps me in so many ways. Thank you for all you do for me dad! Hope all the fathers enjoyed a wonderful sunny Father's Day!
This was such a dream session- Mason came in with his 3 older brothers at just 12 days old, and it paid off for mom and dad to have made the trip for portraits when he was so little. Mason slept and basically let us do whatever we wanted to him! I haven't finished editing this one yet but wanted to share a just a few with you all. The one with the 3 older brothers makes my heart melt- they all look so proud. And who can resist that newborn smile? Ah, I just love newborns.
